摘要
目的研究济南地区RhD阴性献血者Rh表现型分布情况及不同表现型与D变异型的关系,指导RhD阴性患者的临床输血。方法山东省血液中心检验科初检RhD阴性样本588份,采用间接抗人球蛋白法进行确认,并测定C、c、E、e抗原表现型频率。结果 588例初筛阴性样本中检出D变异型16例,其中ccEe表现型12例,Ccee表现型3例,CCee表现型1例;确认阴性样本572例,其中ccdee表现型333例(58.22%),Ccdee表现型152例(26.57%),ccdEe表现型42例(7.34%),CcdEe表现型22例(3.85%),CCdee表现型18例(3.15%),ccdEE表现型4例(0.70%),CCdEe表现型1例(0.17%)。结论济南地区RhD阴性献血者Rh表现型以ccdee和Ccdee为主。表现型含有E抗原的初检RhD阴性个体为D变异型的概率高于其他表现型。
Objective To describe the Rh phenotypes of RhD negative blood donors and the relationship between RhD phenotype and D-variant,in order to guide the clinical blood transfusion of RhD-negative individuals. Methods RhD(IgM)negative donors were screened out by using anti-D(IgM)reagents,and 588 RhD negative blood samples were confirmed by indirect anti-human globulin test(IAT).The Rh phenotypes were determined by serological tests. Results D-variants were identified in 16 samples,12 were ccEe,3 were Ccee and 1 was CCee.Among 572 confirmed RhD(IgG)negative donors,333(58.22%)were ccdee phenotype,152(26.57%)were Ccdee phenotype,42(7.34%)were ccdEe phenotype,22(3.85%)were CcdEe phenotype,18(3.15%)were CCdee phenotype,4(0.70%)were ccdEE phenotype,1(0.17%)was CCdEe phenotype. Conclusions The predominant Rh phenotypes of Rh-negative individuals are ccdee and Ccdee in Jinan.The RhD negative(IgM)individuals with positive E antigen are much more likely to be D-variants than others.
