摘要
本文对抗生素在牛血清中的回收率及人、牛血清中测得值的相关性进行研究,解决了血药浓度监测质控品的人血清代用品问题,用微生物法测得一定浓度范围内,牛血清中红霉素及丁胺卡那霉素的回收率分别为106.0±4.9%、92.2±3.9%,且重现性好。以含药人血清作标准曲线,人、牛血清中不同浓度红霉素测得值无显著性差异(P>0.05),相关系数r=0.9990。结果表明:微生物法用于抗生素血药浓度监测时,牛血清可以代替人血清配制红霉素及丁胺卡那霉素的质控样品。
The possibility of the preparation of control sample using the bovine serum forantibiotics in theraputic drug monitoring was studied. In given concentration therecoveries of erythromycin and amikacin were 106.0±4.9% and 92.2±3.9% respec-tively by microbioassay, the correlation of the values determined for erythrom-ycin in human and bovine serum was excellent(r=0.9990), and no significant diffe-rence was found by t-test(P>0.05). The result suggested that it was possible touse bovine serum instead of human serum in preparing the quality control samplesfor these two antibiotics when microbioassay is vsed.
