摘要
采用理论数值仿真分析计算和实验的方法,得出起重机轨道Y向(竖直方向)应变一轮压关系模型,提出一种间接的满足工程精度要求的轮压测试方法。这种基于弹塑性接触力学与磁应力测量相结合的起重机最大轮压测试方法,可快速方便和准确地测量起重机各轮轮压,为起重机设计优化以及港口码头建设提供基础数据。
The paper obtains the strain-wheel pressure relationship model of Y-direction (vertical direction) of crane rail by means or'theoretical and numerical simulation analysis and experiment, and proposes an indirect method for testing wheel presstire that satisfies the engineering precision. The method combining elastic-plastic contact mechanics and magnetic measurement of stress allows fast and accurate nleasurement of wheel pressure of the crane, which provides basic data for crane design optimization and port terminal construction.
