新型桥式起重机主梁与端梁连接设计

Design of main and end girders connection for new bridge crane

针对桥式起重机在运行过程中出现大车4个车轮只有3个车轮接触轨道运行的现象,设计了一种新型主端梁连接形式一组合销轴装置,实现了主端梁之间柔性铰接,有效地解决了桥式起重机大车"三条腿"现象,增加了桥式起重机运行的安全性。

To solve the problem that only 3 of the 4 cart wheels touch the rails during the operation of bridge crane, the paper proposes a new type of main and end girders connection form -- combined pin device, which allows flexible articulating between main and end girders and eliminates the ＂three legs＂ phenomenon, thus making bridge crane safer during running.
