摘要
对工业制动器能效测试的试验装置进行了分类研究,包括高速轴制动器动态制动力矩测试装置、低速轴制动器动态制动力矩测试装置、制动器静态制动力测试装置和推动器测试装置。根据不同的被测样机和测试目的,介绍了不同的测试方案,介绍了在工业制动器能效测试中有效制动力测试和耗能测试方法。通过实际样机测试,介绍了电力液压鼓式制动器各个参数的测试和能效计算过程,为工业制动器能效测试装置研发、制动器能效测试和制动器能效提升研究提供了经验参考。
In the paper, energy efficiency testing device for industrial brake is classified into for types, including dynamic braking torque testing device of high-speed shaft brake, dynamic braking torque testing device of low-speed shaft brake, static braking force testing device of brake and pusher testing device, The paper introduces different test schemes based on test prototypes and purposes as well as effective braking force and energy consumption test methods for energy efficiency test of industrial brake. The paper also presents parameters testing and energy efficiency calculation process of electric hydraulic drum brake through actual prototype test. The research can be a reference for developing energy efficiency testing device of industrial brake and studying energy efficiency test and energy efficiency improvement of brake.
