2型糖尿病患者血清C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白9水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清脂肪细胞因子C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白(CTRP)9水平与颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的相关性。方法选择新诊断的T2DM患者93例,根据有无CAS分为合并CAS组(C组,46例),不合并CAS组(B组,47例),选择健康体检者为对照组(A组,49例);采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定空腹血清CTRP9水平。结果 (1)3组血清CTRP9水平依次为:A组[(151.2±45.74)pg/ml]>B组[(136.2±34.55)]pg/ml>C组[(123.2±32.13)pg/ml],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)CTRP9与空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、体重指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)呈负相关(r=-0.595、-0.615、-0.512、-0.638、-0.592、-0.526,-0.598、-0.579,P<0.05或P<0.01),与脂联素(APN)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)正相关(r=0.512、0.523,P<0.05)。(3)多元回归分析显示:HOMA-IR、CTRP9、TNF-α是T2DM患者IMT增厚的独立影响因素。结论血清CTRP9在T2DM合并CAS发生中起重要作用。
