摘要
以磷酸铝(AlPO_4)为粘结剂,活性碳纤维(ACF)为载体,二氧化钛(TiO_2)为原料,采用添加粘结剂超声波辅助浸渍提拉法制备了固载型复合催化材料体二氧化钛/活性碳纤维膜(TiO_2/ACF膜),并对其进行了表征。研究结果表明,加入AlPO4对TiO_2/ACF膜降解甲醛有较好的促进效果,制得的TiO_2/ACF膜通过高温再生后仍具有较好的降解活性,当甲醛的初始浓度为8.04mg/m^3,环境相对湿度为65%,气体流速为1.5m/s时,经过循环使用5次的TiO_2/ACF膜对甲醛气体的降解率达到82.1%。
With aluminum phosphate(AlPO_4)as binder,activated carbon fiber(ACF)as carrier,titanium dioxide(TiO_2)as raw material,TiO_2/ACF membrane was prepared used method was to add the binder,using ultrasonic instrument,using dipping pulling method,also carried on the experiment of SEM.Research results showed that adding AlPO4 had good promoting effect for ACF/TiO_2 membrane degradation of formaldehyde.ACF/TiO_2 membrane after high temperature regenerative still had good biodegradation activity.When the initial concentration of formaldehyde was 8.04 mg/m^3,environment relative humidity was 65%,gas flow velocity of 1.5 m/s,the degradation rate of ACF/TiO_2 film for formaldehyde gas after five cycle reached 82.1%.
