3D打印丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物件超低温处理后的性能研究

摘要 为了应对3D打印丙烯腈、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物(ABS)产品在使用过程中会受到各种机械性能破坏的情况,尝试对ABS试样进行超低温恒温冷藏处理。室温下,将试样分4批放置在深冷箱内冷却至-190℃,并分别保持恒温3、6、9和12h,然后回至室温,对各组试样进行性能测试。测试结果与未处理试件的测试数据进行对比,结果表明:深冷处理能有效提升试样的抗拉强度;超过6h的处理会降低试样的延展性;深冷处理时间超过9h后,可以提高ABS试样的耐磨性;深冷处理能改变ABS试样的结晶度,使试样中高分子链排列得更加致密、有序。 The product made by the technology of 3 D printing would be subjected to different kinds of mechanical damage during the using process.In order to solve the problem,the specimen of ABS material were attempted to treat with the liquid nitrogen cryogenic method.The specimen were put in the cryogenic tank cooled to-190℃.And they were kept at-190℃for 3 h,6 h,9 hand 12 h,respectively.Upon returning to room temperature,the performance of specimen treated with different time were tested.The results showed that the cryogenic treatment can improve the tensile strength effectively,but the bad ductility appeared at-190℃for 6 h,and the performance of wear resistance would become better when the specimen were cryogenic cooling treated over 9 h,and the cryogenic treatment can change the crystallinity of ABS specimen and made the polymer chain of specimen became more dense and orderly.
