摘要
以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCD)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)为原料通过丙酮法合成PDMS/氨基硅氧烷复合改性水性聚氨酯。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、纳米粒度仪、电子万能试验机、紫外可见分光光度计对预聚体、复合乳液以及复合膜的结构和性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,相较于未改性水性聚氨酯膜,当PDMS含量为8%(wt,质量分数,下同),KH550含量为5%时,复合改性水性聚氨酯膜的杨氏模量、拉伸强度和耐水性能得到显著提高。
PDMS/aminosiloxane composite modified waterborne polyurethane which synthesized by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),polycarbonate diol(PCD),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)as materials.The structure and properties of prepolymer,emulsion and film were evaluated by FITR,particle size analyzer,mechanical properties,water resistance and UV-Vis.The results showed that when KH550 content achieved to 5%(Mass fraction)and PDMS content achieved to 8%(Mass fraction),the tensile strength increased from 10.1 MPa to 18.3 MPa,water absorption of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)film decreased from 34%to 8%.
