摘要
为了制备易于回收利用的吸附剂,采用戊二醛交联的壳聚糖季铵盐作为吸附剂、聚偏氟乙烯为基材、聚乙二醇(PEG-400)为致孔剂、Fe_3O_4为填料、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂配制溶液,采用相转化法制备了一种磁性微球,研究了微球的添加量、吸附时间等对甲基橙吸附效果的影响。结果表明:在20mg/L甲基橙溶液中按60g/L添加微球,400min左右达到吸附平衡;再生3次对甲基橙去除率能够保持在95%以上。
In order to recycle adsorbent,novel magnetic microspheres were prepared from suspension,using the phase inversion process.The suspension consisted of crosslinking chitosan quaternary ammonium salt as adsorbent,poly vinylidene fluoride as support material,polyethylene glycol as pore-forming agent,ferroferric oxide as filler and N,Ndimethyl acetamide as solvent.Additional quantity of magnetic microspheres and adsorption time on the absorption effect of methyl orange were investigated.The results show that adsorption equilibriums can be achieved around400 min,when 60 g/L microspheres are added into a 20 mg/L methyl orange solution;and the removal rate is over 95%after microspheres are recycled three times.
