气相法白炭黑表面改性及对发泡硅橡胶的性能影响 被引量:7

Fumed silica surface modification and the influence on the performance of foam silicone rubber

摘要 以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体,加入表面改性后的气相法白炭黑及其他助剂制得发泡硅橡胶。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和活性指数对白炭黑改性效果进行评价;探索了加入改性白炭黑后发泡硅橡胶的力学性能;通过热分析对其耐热性能进行测试。结果表明,白炭黑用偶联剂KH560改性后活性指数由82.3%提高到93.1%,添加改性白炭黑40%(wt,质量分数)时发泡硅橡胶综合性能最优,其抗撕强度为4.8823N/mm、拉伸强度为0.697MPa、断裂伸长率为498.63%、表观密度为0.553g/cm^3、邵氏硬度为18.26HA,落球回弹率为31.70%,热稳定性也较好。 Base on the methyl vinyl silicone rubber,added the surface-modified fumed silica and the other additives,silicone rubber was prepared.The modifying effect of foam by modified silica was evaluated by activity index and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).It was also explored that the mechanical properties of foamed silicone rubber with modified silica.In addition,it was also tested that its heat resistance by thermal analysis.The results showed that the activity index of silica modified by KH560 increased from 82.3% to 93.1%.When added 40 wt%modified silica,the comprehensive performance of foamed silicone rubber was optimal and its tear strength was4.8823 N/mm,the tensile strength was 0.697 MPa.Besides,the fracture elongation and apparent density were 498.63%and 0.553 g/cm3 respectively.Moreover the shaw hardness was 18.26 HA,the falling ball bounce rate was 31.70% and had good thermal stability.
