文章综述图书馆史上两次范式的重大转变,即从传统到数字再到智慧图书馆范式的演变,揭示围绕着图书馆服务为目的的知识网络构建与智慧服务发展范式的演变。范式研究涵盖图书馆服务所涉及的理论、行为规范、构建模式和文化信仰、价值观等内容,阐述从图书信息知识服务到实现社会大众文化功能的嬗变。

This paper reviews two important paradigm shifts in the history of library,which are library paradigm shifts from the traditional library to digital library to wisdom library,and reveals knowledge network construction and intelligent service development paradigms evolution around the purpose of library service. Paradigm research involves the theory,behavior regulations,model construction and cultural beliefs,and values of library service. The paper expounds the library service evolution from the book information knowledge service to the social function of public culture.
