网络社群知识消费用户体验评价研究——基于扎根理论和BP神经网络的分析 被引量:19

摘要 [目的/意义]对网络社群中用户的知识消费行为进行深入分析,建立知识消费用户体验评价指标体系,以充分挖掘网络社群用户的知识需求,提升网络社群知识产品的质量。[方法/过程]首先对网络社群知识消费用户进行深度访谈和调查,获取用户在网络社群知识消费过程中有关用户体验的研究资料,通过扎根理论质性研究方法分析归纳网络社群知识消费用户体验评价指标体系,利用BP神经网络对所建立的评价体系进行验证。[结果/结论]构建了网络社群知识消费用户体验评价体系,提出了"个性需求、成长需求、知识属性、社群属性"4项一级指标和"满足心理预期、满足个人需求、满足个人兴趣、明确学习目的、缓解知识焦虑、获取有用信息、知识可用性、知识产品特殊性、知识社交性、抵制知识通胀、碎片化学习、内容可评估、知识系统性、可持续输出价值"14项二级指标。研究为网络社群知识消费用户行为分析和网络社群用户生态性建设提供参考。[局限]仅选择了10名用户进行访谈,数据覆盖范围相对较少,同时应用扎根理论方法所构建的评价体系具有一定的主观性。 [Purpose/significance] Through an in-depth analysis of users' knowledge consumption behavior in the network community,this paper constructs the evaluation system of users' experience of knowledge consumption in online community,which can fully mine the knowledge demand of users in network community and improve the quality of network community knowledge products. [Method/process] Firstly,the paper conducts in-depth interviews and surveys to obtain materials about users' experience in network community knowledge consumption. Then the paper uses grounded theory to analyze and summarize the evaluation index system,and adopts BP neural network to verify the evaluation system. [Result/conclusion] The paper constructs the evaluation system of users' experience of knowledge consumption in online community,which includes four first grade indexes of"individual demand,growth demand,knowledge attribute,and community attribute"and 14 second grade indicators of"meeting the psychological expectations,meeting individual needs,meeting personal interests,clearance of learning purposes,alleviation of knowledge anxiety,access to useful information,knowledge availability,knowledge product specificity,knowledge of sociality,resistance on knowledge inflation,fragmented learning,content assessment,knowledge systematicness,and sustainable output value ". The paper provides references for users' behavior analysis in network community knowledge consumption and network community users' ecological construction. [Limitations] Only 10 interviewees are selected as research subjects,so the data coverage is relatively small. At the same time,the evaluation system constructed by grounded theory method has certain subjectivity.
