摘要
航空发动机油的润滑性能是指航空发动机油在航空发动机高温工作条件下的实际油品承载能力,是航空发动机油重要的使用性能,一般采用润滑性试验和齿轮试验来评价航空发动机油的润滑性能。文章介绍了三种润滑性试验方法和五种齿轮试验方法。从高温运动黏度指标,润滑性试验磨斑的大小以及齿轮的损伤情况来判定航空发动机油的油品承载能力。全尺寸发动机试验是实际评价航空发动机油润滑性能的重要手段。
The lubricity of aero-engine lubricants,which is a vital performance,is defined as the load carrying ability under high temperature conditions. In this paper,three methods and five gear bench tests are applied to evaluate the lubricant property of aero-engine lubricants. The lubricity can be characterized in terms of the kinematic viscosity at high temperature,the wear scar diameters and the worn gear,while full scale engine test is a comprehensive way to evaluate the lubricating performance of aero-engine lubricants.
