摘要
上海某滨江工程项目需在新建路面上方加设顶盖以用于建设滨江景观带,但受道路净空、顶盖结构厚度及控制性规划限制的影响,无法满足种植覆土厚度的要求,且景观方案滞后,在结构先行施工的情况下,无法进行预留。经研究,决定采用反梁结构来满足覆土需要,并采用装配式工艺用于解决景观方案滞后问题,在实际建设过程中取得了较好的成果,可供类似工程参考。
A Shanghai Binjiang engineering project needs to add a top cover over the newly built pavement for the construction of the Riverside Landscape Belt. However, due to the influence of the road clearance, the thickness of the roof structure and the restriction of controlled planning, the thickness of planting cover soil can be not satisfied. Furthermore, the landscape plan lags behind, in the case of beforehand structural construction, the top cover also can be not reserved. According to proper study, it was decided to adopt the anti-beam structure to meet the need of cover soil, and the assembly process was used to solve the problem of lag behind landscape plan. The actual construction has achieved good results and can provide references for similar projects.
