摘要
以杂化卤素钙钛矿为吸光层的新兴光伏技术,在不到10年时间内,其光电转换效率已提升至22.7%,从而成为太阳能电池中的一匹黑马,引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注和大量研究。2017年更是成为诺贝尔奖的候选。可以预见,在今后几年的发展中,这种电池技术很可能进一步提升效率,并保持低成本,为我们的生活提供更加廉价清洁的太阳能。
The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell has attracted much attention in both academia and industry recently. In less than ten years their power conversion efficiency has reached 22.7%, which is regarded as a real game changer in the field of photovoltaics. It is expected that within a few years even higher efficiencies and lower costs will be achieved, providing us with even cheaper clean solar energy.
