摘要
煤矿井下定向钻进施工中,钻遇破碎地层时,由于孔壁失稳坍塌造成孔内大量积渣进而发生卡钻事故。综合考虑钻进工艺特点、配套钻杆特点、地层适用性及孔内返渣情况等因素,研制出一种新型随钻螺旋解卡工具,该工具结构简单、安装便捷,可将孔内大颗粒钻渣重复破碎并靠螺旋槽辅助排渣作用排出孔外。现场试验表明,该工具设计合理,能够有效解决塌孔段积渣卡钻难题,取得了良好的效果。
In the process of directional drilling in coal mine, when drilling in the broken formation, because of the instability and collapse of the hole wall, a large number of slag in the hole will cause sticking accidents. Considering the characteristics of drilling technology, supporting pipe characteristics, formation and applicability of hole slag returning situation and other factors, we develop a new type of drilling screw releasing tool, the tool has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and can repeatedly break large particles of drilling waste slag in hole and discharge the slag out of the hole by spiral groove auxiliary effect; it shows that the tool can effectively solve the slag sticking problem of hole collapse section and achieves good results by the field application.
