新时代地方政府生态文明建设的标准化实践创新--基于湖州市生态文明标准化的分析 被引量:7

摘要 新时代迫切需要地方政府加强生态文明建设实践创新,以切实践行生态文明建设的时代使命。湖州市在全国率先将标准化的理念、方法和技术系统性地引入生态文明建设活动之中,将标准化作为高质量、高效益推进生态文明建设的强劲引擎,持续探索生态文明标准化实践,在标准体系构建和标准化支撑工程等方面先行先试,积累了形塑文化氛围和加强顶层设计等经验。对于生态文明标准化这一新时代生态文明建设的重大实践创新,湖州需要在总结经验与不足的基础上,砥砺前行,进一步探索可复制可推广的经验。 In order to effectively fulfill the epoch mission of eco-civilization construction, the new era urgently needs local governments to strengthen the practice innovation of eco-civilization construction. Huzhou takes the lead in systematically introducing the principle, method and technology of standardization into the eco-civilization field in China. Besides, Huzhou takes the standardization as a powerful engine for promoting the eco-civilization construction with high quality and high efficiency. Nowadays Huzhou is continuously exploring the practice of eco-civilization standardization, and trying the standard system construction, the standardization support project and other aspects. Further, Huzhou has accumulated main experience such as molding culture atmosphere and strengthening top-level design. In generally, the eco-civilization standardization has become the major practice innovation for the eco-civilization construction in the new era. So by constantly summing up the experience and the deficiencies, Huzhou should encouragingl standardization and commit to sustainably y overcome the challenges and actively explore the eco-civilization providing a replicable and sustainable guide for our country to promote the eco-civilization construction.
