摘要
特高压线路闭锁故障会导致电网频率产生扰动,本文通过分析目前安徽电网一次调频性能评价方法的不足,提出采用新的一次调频性能评价方法,即基于特高压线路闭锁下的频率特性以及机组出力曲线特征,将一次调频过程分为四个时段并附以适当权重的方法。该方法考虑到机组在各个时段的调频贡献特征,能够对机组在大频差下的一次调频性做出更加准确细致的评价,为改善机组一次调频性能提供参考。
The UHVDC block faults may impact frequency change of power grid. By analyzing the shortcomings of evaluation method of current primary frequency modulation in Anhui power grid, this paper proposes a new evaluation method of primary frequency modulation performance. That is, the primary frequency process is divided into four periods and attached to the appropriate weight based on the frequency characteristics under UHVDC block and characteristics of unit output power curves. The new method takes into account the frequency modulation contribution characteristics of the generating units at different time intervals, and can make a more accurate and detailed evaluation on the primary frequency modulation performance under the large frequency difference, providing a reference for improving the primary frequency modulation performance.
