核电厂JPM的开发及现场操纵考试的相关研究

位于核电厂中枢区域的操纵工人，虽是一线作业人员，但却是核电厂最关键的岗位，尽管培育一个合格的操纵工人所花费的精力很大，拥有足够资格和人数是基本要求之一。现场作业考试为测试考生操控系统程序以及控制器的能力的高效方法之一，一般是评估考生在运转操作、机器管控、辐射监控以及应急作业等方面的知识以及能力。现场作业考试在模拟的房间内或者实际的现场都可以，考官然后依照考试按提示执行操作的表现进行评测。本文主要讨论了JPM的研发过程（JPM，Job Performance Measure），并涉及了现场操作测试里的注意点，因此保证操纵人员当现场作业考试时的合理性和规范性。

Located in the central region of the nuclear power plant operators, although the front line workers, but it is the most crucial position of nuclear power plants, while cultivating a qualified operators spent great effort, have sufficient qualifications and the number is one of the basic requirements. The scene is one of the efficient methods of homework and exam test control system program and the ability of the controller, the general is to assess the candidates in the operation, machine control, radiation monitoring and emergency operations and other aspects of knowledge and ability. The job test is available in the simulated room or on the actual spot, and the examiner then evaluates the performance of the test in accordance with the prompts. This paper mainly discusses the JPM （ JPM, Job, Performance, Measure） , and involves the attention in the field operation test, so as to ensure the rationality and standardization of the operator when the field work test.
