高真空电弧熔炼炉成型的镍铝基合金在酸腐蚀工况下的摩擦磨损特性

Friction and Wear Characteristics of Ni Al Matrix Alloy Molding in High Vacuum Arc Furnace in Acid Corrosion Conditions

摘要 在真空电弧熔炼炉中制取Ni Al基合金。以该合金在不同环境、不同工况下的摩擦磨损性能为研究对象,将Ni Al基合金与Si_3N_4在酸性和中性环境下对磨,分别测试摩擦系数和磨损率,并采用扫描电镜观察形貌,分析其磨损机理。结果发现:Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-20Co在酸性环境中表现出较好的摩擦磨损性能,在中性环境下不利于含Co元素合金的摩擦磨损。随着P·V值的增加,Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-20Co合金的性能接近或优于基体合金材料。 Ni Al matrix alloy was prepared in vacuum arc furnace. Taking the friction and wear performance of the alloy under different environment and different conditions as research object, the grinding of Si_3 N_4 with Ni Al matrix alloy in acidic and neutral environment was carried out, and then, the friction coefficient and wear rate were tested. The morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that Ni Al-2.5 Ta-7.5 Cr-20 Co in acidic environment shows good friction and wear properties. The neutral environment is not conducive to the friction and wear of the alloy containing Co element. With the increase of P·V value, the performance of the Ni Al-2.5 Ta-7.5 Cr-20 Co alloy is closed to or exceeds the matrix alloy material.
