摘要
通过试验得出准14-1770钢丝绳的破断拉力,然后对钢丝绳进行四因素三水平二次预张拉正交试验。结果表明,经过预张拉试验后,钢丝绳都有不同程度的伸长,弹性模量增加,钢丝绳直径变小,但该钢丝直径没有变化,说明钢丝没有发生塑性变形。经过42 k N×15 min+105 k N×20 min处理后的钢丝绳具有最优的性能,钢丝绳结构伸长0.43%,弹性模量增加36%。
The breaking force of Φ14-1770 steel wire rope can be obtained by experiment. Then, the four factors-three levels secondary pre-tension orthogonal experiment of the steel wire ropes was carried out. The results show that after pre-tension, all the steel wire ropes have different degree of elongation and the elastic modulus increases. The diameters of the steel wire rope become small, but the diameter of the steel wires doesn't change, which shows that the plastic deformation of the wire rope does not appear. The steel wire rope, which is processed by 42 k N ×15 min +105 k N ×20 min, have the best performance. The steel wire rope is stretched by 0.43% and the elastic modulus increases by 36%.
