安注箱用304L/533B Cl.1爆炸焊接复合材料研究

摘要 采用爆炸焊接方法制备304L/533B Cl.1复合板,并对爆炸复合材分别进行淬火和淬火+回火热处理。研究了两种热处理制度下复合板的冲击性能。结果表明:只有在淬火+回火工艺下,复合板的冲击韧性满足安注箱设计要求。后续的拉伸试验、落锤试验、剪切试验表明,淬火+回火工艺下复合板的力学性能满足美标和安注箱设计要求。复合板界面呈波状,且界面处无分层缺陷。 304 L/533 B Cl.1 clad plates were manufactured by explosive welding. Then, the clad plates were treated with quenching and quenching+tempering. The impact properties of the clad plates under above two heat treatments were studied.The results show that the impact tougness of the clad plates only by quenching and quenching +tempering can meet the requirement of the accumulator design. Following drop-mass test, tensile test and shearing test results show that the clad plate under above process meet the requirement of American-standard and the accumulator design. The interface of the clad plate is wavy and no lamination defects are in the interface.
