摘要
采用同温度、同时间真空渗碳、离子渗氮处理后的超声辐射杆开展铝熔体超声试验。利用能谱分析仪、扫描电镜对辐射杆表面的涂层和界面进行分析。结果表明:经真空渗碳和离子渗氮处理后,辐射杆的溶解扩散腐蚀有所弱化,材料表面的力学性能得到改善,钛合金辐射杆表现出良好的抗腐蚀性能;离子渗氮处理后的钛合金辐射杆抗腐蚀性能要略优于真空渗碳处理后的钛合金辐射杆。
Aluminum melt ultrasonic testing of ultrasonic radiation rod after vacuum carburizing and ion nitriding in same temperature and time was carried out. The coat and interface of the radiation rod surface were studied by EDS and SEM. The results show that after vacuum carburizing and ion nitriding, the solution-diffusion corrosion of the radiation rod weakens, and the mechanical properties of the material surfaces improve. The titanium alloy radiation rod shows good corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance of titanium alloy radiation rod after ion nitriding treatment is superior to the titanium alloy radiation rod after vacuum carburizing treatment.
