定向凝固镁合金表面激光熔凝组织和性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用激光表面熔凝技术对定向凝固AZ31镁合金铸锭进行了激光表面熔凝,并对处理后的试样进行了微观组织观察、显微硬度与耐蚀性测试。结果表明,经激光表面熔凝处理后的试样尺寸与基体相比得到明显细化,析出物的组织细小且分布均匀。与基体相比,处理后试样的显微硬度和耐蚀性明显提高。随着激光功率的增加,显微硬度增高,耐蚀性增强。 Laser surface melting was carried out on directional solidification AZ31 magnesium ingot. The microstructure of the treated samples was observed. The hardness and wear resistance were tested. The results show that the grain size of the sample treated by laser melting is markedly refined compared with that of the matrix. The microstructure of the precipitates is refine and distributes uniformly. Compared with matrix, the microhardness and the corrosion resistance of the treated samples obviously increase. With the increase of laser power, the microhardness increases and the corrosion resistance increases.
