丙烯酸树脂微球腐蚀时间对化学镀镍层厚度的影响

摘要 通过化学除油、腐蚀液腐蚀、敏化、活化和还原对树脂微球进行预处理,再对树脂微球进行化学镀镍。利用SEM、EDS和BSE等对微球表面镍镀层进行分析,研究了预处理过程中腐蚀时间对镀层厚度的影响。结果表明:通过改变腐蚀时间可以改变镍镀层厚度。 The alkaline degreasing, corrosion in corrosion solution, sensitization, activation and reduction were used to pretreat resin microspheres, and then the electroless nickel plating was carried on the resin microsphere. The Ni coating on the surface of microsphere coating was analyzed by SEM, EDS and BSE. The effects of corrosion time in pretreatment on the thickness of the coating were studied. The results show that the thickness of Ni coating can be changed by changing corrosion time.
