Performance of Ni and Co-based Cladding Layer on 20Cr Mn Ti Substrate by Laser Cladding under High Power

摘要 采用Ni、Co基合金粉末对齿轮钢20Cr Mn Ti进行激光熔覆,对比研究两种合金粉末在大功率激光参数下熔覆层的质量、显微组织、显微硬度以及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:Ni基材料在表面质量、显微硬度和耐磨性方面均比Co基材料优异。对于机械零件的再制造工艺,通过优化工艺参数制备的Ni基熔覆层可替代Co基材料。 Ni and Co-based alloy powder was laser cladded on 20 Cr Mn Ti gear steel. The quality, microstructure,microhardness and friction and wear properties of the two kinds of the cladding materials under high laser power were comparatively studied. The results show that Ni-based material is better than Co-based in surface quality, microhardness and abrasion resistance. For remanufacturing technology of mechanical parts, Ni-based cladding layer prepared by optimizing parameters can replace Co-based material.
