摘要 针对GCr15钢钢领球化效果差的问题进行了6种球化退火工艺(普通球化退火、等温球化退火、正火+普通球化退火、正火+等温球化退火、固溶+高温回火、固溶+等温退火)试验。研究了6种球化退火工艺对GCr15钢钢领淬火+回火后的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,正火+普通球化退火、正火+等温球化退火、固溶+高温回火、固溶+等温退火能获得碳化物双细化的效果,有效地球化和细化了碳化物,提高了材料的耐磨性能。 Aiming at the problem of poor spheroidizing effect of GCr15 steel rings, the experiments of 6 kinds of spheroidizing annealing processes(general spheroidizing annealing, isothermal spheroidizing annealing, normalizing+general spheroidizing annealing, normalizing +isothermal spheroidizing annealing, solid solution +high temperature tempering and solid solution +isothermal annealing) were carried out. The effects of 6 kinds of spheroidizing annealing processes on the microstructure and properties of GCr15 steel after quenching and tempering were studied. The results show that the effect of the carbide double refining can be obtained by normalizing +general spheroidizing annealing, normalizing +isothermal spheroidizing annealing, solid solution+high temperature tempering and solid solution +isothermal annealing, carbides are effectively spheroidized and refined, and the wear resistance of the material are improved.
