摘要
针对某批轴承托架在加工完成后部分成品开裂的现象,对开裂的成品件进行了化学成分检测、工艺分析、硬度检测、宏观检测、金相组织分析,对不同加工阶段的零件进行金相组织对比。结果表明,零件经过淬火和磨削后,磨削应力与淬火应力叠加造成裂纹。
Aiming at the cracking phenomenon of the bearing bracket finished parts after machining, the chemical composition test, the process analysis, hardness test, macro-examination and metallographic analysis of the cracking finished products were carried out. The microstructure of parts in different processing stages was compared. The results show that after quenching and grinding, the superposition of grinding stress and quenching stress of parts causes cracks.
