摘要
采用断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等手段,对某高压输电线路因受特殊天气影响而导致铁塔腿根部主材发生断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:铁塔主材断裂的主要原因是恶劣天气使其处于韧脆转变温度以下发生的脆性断裂;同时,非金属夹杂物的存在促进了断裂的快速发生。
The causes of fracture which was affected by the special weather in tower leg of high voltage lines were analyzed by fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, micro-structure examination. The result shows that, the main reason of the tower material fracture is brittle fracture caused by low temperatures and severe weather which makes the temperature of the material below the ductile-brittle transition temperature. Meanwhile, non-metal inclusions also accelerate the development of facture.
