摘要
机体抗氧化应激主要由核因子E2相关因子(Nrf2)介导,Nrf2可以促进细胞保护性基因的表达,在调节氧化应激、有毒物质代谢、炎症、凋亡和细胞的生理功能中均起到重要作用。大量研究证明,Nrf2的活化可以减轻氧化应激和炎症反应,在急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)中起到重要的保护作用,有望成为防治ALI/ARDS的潜在靶点。本文对近年来有关Nrf2及其活化通路在预防和治疗ALI/ARDS中的重要作用进行综述,旨在了解其在ALI/ARDS中的作用机制,为明确ALI/ARDS的发病机制及制定相关治疗方案提供参考。
Thee anti-oxidant stress of the body is mainly mediated by the transcription factor nuclear factor-erythroid 2 related factor 2 (Nrf2). Nrf2 can promote cell protective gene expression. Nrf2 plays an important role in regulating the oxidative stress, the metabolism of toxic substances, the inflammation, the apoptosis, and the physiological functions of cells. Multiple studies have shown that the activation of Nrf2 alleviates oxidative stress and inflammation, plays an important role in acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS), and is expected to be potential targets for the prevention and treatment of ALI/ARDS. In this article we review the importance of Nrf2 and its activation pathway in preventing and treating ALI/ARDS for the aim of understanding its functional mechanism in ALI/ARDS, and providing a reliable reference for the pathogenesis and treatment of ALI/ARDS.
