科学家社会责任感面临的新挑战及其重建途径

高科技时代社会对科学家的社会角色期望在不断提升,科学家的社会责任感面临着新的挑战:科学自主性受到的威胁、学术自由的失范、科学精神的丧失都严重影响着科学家的社会责任感。因此,必须重构科学家的社会责任感,增强对科学家的科学人文主义教育、提倡科学家积极参与社会政治生活、发挥国际科学家组织的积极作用、道德约束与法律监督的相互整合是重建科学家社会责任感的有效途径。这些途径会引导科学家明确自己的社会角色规范,更好地承担起相应的社会责任。

Social role expectations of scientists in the high-tech era of society,social responsibility of scientists faced with new challenges： science are threatening the autonomy,the anomie of academic freedom,the loss of scientific spirit is the serious influence the social responsibility of scientists.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct the social responsibility of scientists,the enhancement of scientists＇ humanism education,advocate scientists actively participate in social and political life,play the positive role of the international organization for scientists,moral constraints,and legal supervision integration is an effective means to rebuild social responsibility,according to scientists.These channels will guide scientists to clarify their social role norms and better assume corresponding social responsibilities.
