图像融合与虚拟导航技术在卵圆孔穿刺中的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究图像融合与虚拟导航技术在自制仿活体的人尸头解剖模型上经皮穿刺卵圆孔中的准确性。方法对5例尸头经螺旋CT扫描获得清晰卵圆孔图像(共10个),将螺旋CT图像与超声图像融合,获得融合图像后在虚拟导航引导下经皮穿刺卵圆孔,穿刺后立即行螺旋CT扫描明确穿刺针位置。结果 CT显示10个卵圆孔的图像与超声成功融合,卵圆孔得到准确定位与穿刺,图像融合及卵圆孔穿刺成功率均为100%。结论图像融合和虚拟导航新技术在卵圆孔穿刺中的应用,将明显有助于对卵圆孔正确引导穿刺和监控治疗。 Objective To study the accuracy of image fusion and navigation percutaneously through the foramen ovale in the self-made bionic cadaver heads. Methods Get the foramen ovale images from spiral CT scan of 5 cases( total 10 sides) cadaver heads,combined with CT and ultrasound images. Percutaneously puncture through the foramen ovale guided by fusion navigation and immediately determine the position of the puncture needle by CT scan after punctured.Results The oval foramen images( 10 sides) were successful combined with spiral CT and ultrasound,the positioned and punctured of oval foramen was accurately. The success rate of the image fusion and puncture was 100%. Conclusion The application of image fusion and navigation in oval foramen puncture will obviously help to guide the puncture and monitor the treatment of oval foramen.
