西南地区居民辛辣饮食习惯对血压的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究居民辛辣饮食习惯对血压的影响,为高血压的防治提供参考。方法选取西南某市三甲医院2015年33 939名体检者作为研究对象,通过匹配,比较辛辣饮食习惯人群与其他饮食习惯人群的血压。结果研究对象中偏好辛辣饮食的人最多(899人),且有辛辣饮食习惯的研究对象多为青年人(721人)。不同性别、年龄段、体型的辛辣与偏咸饮食习惯研究对象的收缩压及舒张压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);有辛辣饮食习惯的中年/老年男性研究对象收缩压高于有清淡及偏甜饮食习惯的同年龄段男性,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛辣饮食习惯的研究对象其血压水平相较于其他饮食习惯的研究对象并不低,辣椒的降血压作用还需要通过更多的人群研究加以验证。 Objective To explore the impact of spicy eating habits on blood pressure in Southwest China,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 33 939 residents who underwent health check-up at a tertiary hospital in Southwest China in 2015 were included in this analysis.After matching,the blood pressure of the population with spicy eating habits was compared with that of the population with other eating habits.Results Totally 899 residents reported spicy eating habits,and most of them(721)were at a young age.After stratification by gender,age and body shape,both the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were statistically comparable between the population with spicy eating habits and that with salty eating habits(P0.05).The systolic blood pressure of middle-aged or elderly male residents who had spicy eating habits was statistically higher than that of male residents of the same age group who had light or sweet eating habits(P0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure of the population with spicy eating habits is similar to that of the population with other eating habits.The blood pressure-lowering effect of spicy food remains uncertain and needs to be validated in more population-based studies.
