济南市城区年龄6～17岁儿童青少年血压偏高现状

Prevalence of elevated blood pressure among children and adolescents aged 6-17 years in urban region of Jinan

目的探讨济南市城区年龄6~17岁儿童青少年血压偏高现状。方法数据来源于2012年9月至2014年9月进行的十二五国家科技支撑计划课题"儿童心血管疾病的预警、诊治技术研究"济南调查点。本研究共纳入济南市城区年龄6~17岁儿童青少年7840人,其中男生占52.1%。利用国内外3种儿童青少年高血压诊断标准,估算济南市城区年龄6~17岁儿童青少年血压偏高检出率,并采用Cochran-Armitage趋势检验评估血压偏高检出率的变化趋势。结果依据中国、美国和国际标准,济南市城区年龄6~17岁儿童青少年血压偏高检出率分别为17.2%、9.4%和15.0%;男生分别为20.5%、12.1%和19.2%;女生分别为13.5%、6.4%和10.4%。与年龄6~11岁儿童血压偏高检出率比较,年龄12~17岁青少年血压偏高检出率随年龄变化的增加趋势更加明显。结论济南市城区年龄6~17岁儿童青少年血压偏高检出率较高,尤其在12岁之后随年龄增加迅速。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of elevated blood pressure（BP）among children and adolescents aged 6-17 years in urban region of Jinan. Methods Data was from the National Science and Technology Support Program during the Twelfth Five-year Plan Period named ＂ Early warning,diagnosis and treatment of childhood cardiovascular diseases＂ conducted from September 2012 to September 2014. A total of 7840 children and adolescents aged 6-17 years in urban region of Jinan were included in the present study. Among them,boys accounted for52.1%. Hypertension was defined according to the three criteria in domestic and foreign. The prevalence of elevated BP was analyzed among those subjects,and then the trends of the prevalence were assessed using the CochranArmitage trend test.Results According to the Chinese,American and International criteria,the prevalence of elevated BP among children and adolescents s in urban region of Jinan was 17.2%,9.4% and 15.0%,respectively.The prevalence among boys was 20.5%,12.1% and 19.2%,respectively. And the prevalence among girls was13.5%,6.4%and 10.4%,respectively. The prevalence of elevated BP in adolescents aged 12-17 years increased more significantly with ages when compared to children aged 6-11 years. Conclusion The prevalence of elevated BP among children and adolescents aged 6-17 years in urban region of Jinan was much high. And it increased rapidly with age,especially after 12 years old.
