医院是为广大人民群众提供医疗服务的重要机构,提供治疗、护理、预防保健等多种服务,医院的管理水平不仅关系到医院正常的工作秩序,同时也关乎医疗服务效率和治疗工作是否顺利。医院管理文化作为医院日常管理和形象形成的关键,近年来,在现代医院管理中的各个方面均有渗透,大大提升了医院的核心竞争力,因而备受社会各界的关注。本文主要对现代医院管理中医院管理文化体现出的突出作用进行汇总,在明确医院管理文化作用的基础上,从多方面提出提高医院管理文化质量的途径,旨在形成一套完善的、科学的、人性化的行为规范和现代化医院管理体系,更好的为医院发展服务。

Hospitals are important institutions that provide medical services to the general public and provide various services such as treatment, nursing and preventive health care. The management of hospitals is not only related to the normal working order of the hospital, but also to the efficiency of medical services. As the key to the daily management and image formation of the hospital, the hospital management culture has infiltrated all aspects of modem hospital management in recent years, greatly improving the core competitiveness of the hospital and has drawn the attention of all sectors ofsociety. This article mainly summarizes the prominent functions of modem Chinese hospital management hospital management culture. On the basis of clarifying the role of hospital management culture, this paper proposes ways to improve the quality of hospital management culture from many aspects, aiming to form a set of perfect, scientific and humanized behavior norms and modem hospital management system, so as to serve the development of the hospital better.
