摘要
目的分析PEBAX(嵌段聚醚酰胺树脂导管)引导下乳晕旁切口治疗乳头溢液的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1—12月来我院就诊的94例乳头溢液患者,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组行传统手术,研究组在乳头溢液手术中采用PEBAX导管,对比疗效。结果研究组各项临床指标及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PEBAX引导下乳晕旁切口治疗乳头溢液疗效佳。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of PEBAX （block polyether amide resin catheter） under the guidance of the areolar incision for the treatment of nipple discharge. Methods A total of 94 patients with nipple discharge admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group. Control group was given traditional surgery. The study group was given PEBAX catheter in the operation of nipple discharge. The curative effect was compared. Results The clinical indicators and satisfaction of the study group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PEBAX under the guidance of areolar incision in the treatment of nipple discharge has good curative effect.
