摘要 目的探讨新生儿游泳抚触操对病理性黄疸新生儿的黄疸及早期生长发育的影响。方法选择2016年7月—2017年6月在我院儿科住院治疗的病理性黄疸患儿作为研究对象,入院时随机纳入观察组(n=157)和对照组(n=162),两组患儿均给予蓝光照射、茵栀黄等治疗,对照组给予普通沐浴,观察组联合给予新生儿游泳与抚触干预。住院期间观察每位患儿黄疸恢复情况,并在随访至1个月时比较两组患儿的生长发育情况。结果观察组新生儿胎便转黄时间和黄疸消退时间短于对照组。治疗5天时,观察组的直接胆红素、间接胆红素、总胆红素低于对照组。随访至1个月时,观察组患儿平均身长、体质量、胸围分优于对照组,以上各项差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿游泳抚触操有利于新生儿病理性黄疸的消退,并能促进新生儿的生长发育。 Objective To investigate the effect of neonatal swimming and touching exercises on jaundice and early growth and development of neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods Children with pathological jaundice hospitalized in pediatrics in our hospital from Jul. 2016 and Jun. 2017 were selected as the research subjects. The admission was randomly included in the observation group (n=157) and the control group (n=162). Children in two groups were given blue light irradiation and Yinzhihuang treatment. The control group was given ordinary bathing, the observation group combined with the intervention of neonatal swimming and touching. During the hospitalization, the recovery of jaundice in each child was observed and the growth and development of the two groups were compared in the follow-up period to January. Results The time of jaundice and jaundice subsided in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. At the 5 days of treatment, the direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, total bilirubin in observation group were lower than that of the control group. Follow up to 1 month later, the observation group with the average height, weight and chest circumference were better than the control group statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Neonatal swimming and touching exercise is beneficial to the decline of neonatal pathological jaundice, and can promote the growth and development of newborns.
