改良性超声乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果分析

目的探讨分析应用改良性超声乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月我院收治的120例高度近视合并白内障患者,并按入院先后顺序平均分成实验组与对照组。对对照组患者采用常规超声乳化手术进行治疗,对观察组患者采用改良性超声乳化手术进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果术后4周进行复查,实验组角膜内皮细胞计数明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良性超声乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果显著,可有效促进患者角膜内皮细胞的恢复,且术后并发症少,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze and analyze the clinical effect of modified phacoemulsification in the treatment of high myopia and cataract. Methods 120 patients with high myopia and cataract admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the sequence of hospital admission. The patients in the control group were treated by conventional phacoemulsification and the patients in the observation group were treated by modified phacoemulsification. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The corneal endothelial cell counts were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified phacoemulsification has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of high myopia and cataract, which can effectively promote the recovery of corneal endothelial cells in patients with less postoperative complications and higher safety.
