院外不同年资急救医生对昏迷患者评估与处理的影响

The Influence of Different Seniority First Aid Doctors Outside the Hospital on the Evaluation and Treatment of Coma Patients

目的对比不同年资的急救医生对昏迷患者进行院外处理的效果。方法选经年资不足3年和年资高于3年的急救医生进行院外处理的昏迷患者各54例,分别定为对照组和研究组。结果研究组昏迷救治总有效率为88.9%,对照组仅为64.8%(P<0.05);处理前后昏迷评分GCS改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论昏迷患者经高年资急救医生进行院外处理,可以为救治争取更多时间,使救治效果提升,使患者的转归更加理想,保证患者安全。

Objective To compare the effect of out - of- hospital treatment for coma patients with different seniority. Methods 54 cases of coma patients who had been treated by first aid doctor for less than 3 years and more than 3 years of for mergency treatment were selected as the control group and the study group. Results The total effective rate of coma in the study group was 88.9%, while that in the control group was only 64.8% （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of coma score GCS before and after treatment was larger than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of comatose patients by extra senior first-aid doctors can help us get more time for treatment, enhance the effect of treatment, make the outcome of patients more ideal and ensure the safety of patients.
