放疗联合雷替曲塞奥沙利铂同步治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效分析

The Efficacy of Radiotherapy Combined With Raltitrexed and Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨放疗联合雷替曲塞奥沙利铂同步治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法收集我院63例中晚期食管癌患者,所有患者均为食管癌初诊患者,既往未接受过治疗。随机分为:31例研究组(同步治疗方案为雷替曲塞奥沙利铂与放疗)和32例对照组(治疗方案为紫杉醇顺铂)。对比(1)两组治疗疗效。(2)两组治疗后1年生存率。(3)两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后1年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗联合雷替曲塞奥沙利铂同步治疗中晚期食管癌疗效肯定,能够提高患者存活率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy combined with raltitrexed and oxaliplatin in thc treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 63 patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer were collected in our hospital. All the patients were first diagnosed as esophageal cancer, and had not been treated before. The randomized block was divided into 31 cases in study groups （retrexed oxaliplatin and radiotherapy） and 32 cases in control groups （（treatment regimen for paclitaxel cisplatin）. （1） The curative effect of two groups was compared. （2） the one year survival rate of the two groups after treatment. （3） The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results There was no difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. There was no difference in the 1 year survival rate between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, and there was a difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Radiotherapy of raltitrexed plus oxaliplatin combined with synchronous curative effect in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer, can improve the survival rate of patients.
