混合痔中医临床路径实施效果的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of the Effect of the Clinical Path of Mixed Hemorrhoids in Chinese Medicine

目的评价混合痔中医临床路径的实施效果。方法本研究选取我科2016年10月—2017年3月出院的混合痔患者共计307例,其中传统组156例,路径组151例。传统组给予常规治疗,路径组严格按照混合痔中医临床路径方案实施治疗。采用回顾性分析,从临床疗效、住院天数、住院费用、术后并发症四个方面进行比较评价。结果临床疗效:传统组及路径组治疗效果均满意(P>0.05);住院天数:路径组较传统组住院天数缩短(P<0.05);住院费用:路径组较传统组住院费用低(P<0.05);术后并发症:路径组较传统组并发症降低(P<0.05)。结论实行中医临床路径后,混合痔患者临床疗效确切,且平均住院天数和住院费用有所下降,术后并发症有所减少。规范化的中医临床路径对于混合痔的治疗有着积极的影响。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of clinical path of mixed hemorrhoids in chinese medicine. Methods A total of 307 patients with mixed hemorrhoids discharged from our hospital from October 2016 to March 2017 were selected. Among them, 156 cases were in the traditional group and 151 cases in the path group. The traditional group was given routine treatment, and the path group was treated in strict accordance with the clinical path scheme of mixed hemorrhoids. The retrospective analysis was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy, the days of hospitalization, the cost of hospitalization, and postoperative complications in four aspects. Results The clinical curative effect： The curative effect of the traditional group and the path group were satisfied （P 〉 0.05）. The number of hospital days in the path group was shorter than that in the traditional group （P 〈 0.05）. The hospitalization cost of the path group was lower than the traditional group （P 〈 0.05）. The complications of the path group were lower than those of the traditional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After the clinical path of TCM is implemented, the clinical efficacy of mixed hemorrhoids patients is definite, and the average days of hospitalization are decreased, and the postoperative complications are reduced. The standardized TCM clinical path has a positive impact on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
