耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染的研究进展

肺炎克雷伯杆菌是常见的机会致病菌。目前,耐药肺炎克雷伯杆菌尤其是耐碳青霉烯酶的肺炎克雷伯菌的感染病例逐年增多,一旦出现该类细菌的感染,患者多病情危重,死亡率高。本文拟就目前国内外耐药肺炎克雷伯菌的流行病学特征、耐药机制的研究进展、感染现状、临床治疗进展及感染防控做一分析。

Klebsiella pneumonia is a common opportunistic pathogen. Now, the infection of Klebsiella pneumonia, especially Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella pneumonia increased year by year.Onceinfected,the patients are often very sick and have high risk of death.This review focuses on the epidemiologic features, the rearchpogress of resisitance mechanism, the infection status, the progress of treatment and the infection contral.
