摘要
目的了解老年血液透析患者低血压的护理干预效果。方法以随机法将2012年1月—2017年1月本院接收的老年血液透析患者50例分成两组:25例对照组予以常规护理干预,25例研究组予以全面护理干预,对比两组干预效果。结果干预后,研究组低血压发生率为8.00%,比对照组的32.00%低(P<0.05);护理满意率为96.00%,比对照组的72.00%高(P<0.05)。结论对老年血液透析患者展开专业护理时予以全面护理干预,效果确切。
Objective To understand the effect of nursing intervention on hypotension in elderly hemodialysis patients. Methods 50 patients with aged hemodialysis received from January 2012 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： 25 patients in the control group was given routine nursing intervention, 25 patients in the study group was given complete nursing intervention. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the incidence of hypotension was 8.00% in the study group, which was lower than 32.00% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.00%, which was higher than that in the control group of 72.00% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly hemodialysis patients with professional nursing care is accurate.
