循证护理与个体化护理对肝胆外科患者的预后效果影响分析

Effect of Evidence Based Nursing and Individualized Nursing on the Prognosis of Hepatobiliary Surgery Patients

目的分析循证护理和个体化护理对肝胆外科患者预后效果的影响。方法对我院2016年7月—2017年7月收治的120例肝胆疾病患者进行分组,采用循证护理的60例患者设为循证组,采用个体化护理的60例患者设为个体化组,护理后对比两组的并发症情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果两组的并发症率相似,护理满意度均较高,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);循证组患者的整体健康及躯体功能评分显著高于个体化组,但情感功能评分显著低于个体化组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肝胆外科患者,循证护理对患者的躯体健康更有利,而个体化护理对患者的情感功能更有利,两种护理方式对患者并发症及护理满意度的影响相似。

Objective To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing and personalized nursing on prognosis of patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with hepatobiliary diseases admitted from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were enrolled. Sixty patients with evidence-based nursing were enrolled as evidence-based group and 60 patients with individualized care as individuals. After treatment, comparisons of complications, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups had similar complication rates and satisfactory nursing care, with no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The overall health and physical function scores of the evidence-based group were significantly higher than those of the individualized group The functional score was significantly lower than that of the individualized group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is more beneficial to patients ＇physical health in patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Individualized nursing is more beneficial to patients＇ emotional fimctions. The two nursing methods have similar effects on patient＇s complications and nursing satisfaction.
