个性护理联合健康宣教运用在小儿水痘防控中的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Personality Nursing Combined With Health Education in the Prevention and Control of Children's Varicella

目的研究个性护理联合健康宣教运用在小儿水痘防控中的临床效果。方法选取我院在2016年5月—2017年5月收治的120例小儿水痘患儿进行研究,按照随机数表法,将所有患儿平分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性护理联合健康宣传教育,记录好两组患儿退烧时间、结痂时间并分析;统计两组患儿治疗效果并对比分析。结果观察组患儿在个性护理联合健康宣教下退热和结痂用时明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(13.33%)(P<0.05)。结论个性护理联合健康宣教在小儿水痘防控中运用,患儿治疗效果显著,退热快,结痂时间短。

Objective To study the clinical effect of personality nursing combined with health education in the prevention and control of varicella in children. Methods 120 children with chickenpox were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017. According to the random number table method, all patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given the routine nursing, the observation group was given the personality nursing and the health propaganda and education. The time of fever and the time of scab were recorded in two groups of children. The curative effect of two groups of patients was compared and compared. Results The children in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group in the treatment of fever and scab under the combination of personality nursing and health education, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment was 96.67% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the children of the observation group （3.33 %） was lower than that of the control group （13.33%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Personality nursing and health education are used in the prevention and control of chicken.pox in children. The treatment effect of children isremarkable, the fever is fast, and the time of scab is short.
