摘要
目的分析优质护理对前列腺增生电切术患者不良情绪及满意度的影响。方法选择本院2016年12月—2017年12月100例前列腺增生电切术患者为对象,随机将患者分为两组,每组各50例,对照组使用日常基础护理,观察组采用优质护理方式,比较两组护理中情绪表现以及整体满意度。结果观察组不良情绪出现率较对照组低,而护理满意率较对照组高,P<0.05。结论前列腺增生电切术患者采用优质护理的方式,可改善患者不良情绪发生率,提升护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on the bad mood and satisfaction of patients with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods from December 2016 to December 2017, 100 cases of transurethral resection of prostate patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, The control group was given daily basic nursing, the observation group was given high quality nursing. The emotional performance and overall satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of bad mood in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The use of high quality nursing in patients with prostatic hyperplasia can improve the incidence of bad mood and improve the satisfaction ofnursing.
