摘要
目的探讨社区护理对高血压患者自我保健意识及血压的影响效果。方法选择2016年10月—2017年10月我院所辖社区登记的86例高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组、对照组,对照组给予常规健康教育,研究组给予社区护理干预,对比两组自我保健意识及血压控制情况。结果研究组高血压患者自我保健意识及血压控制情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对高血压患者实施社区护理,可以提高患者自我保健意识,有效控制血压。
Objective To explore the effect of community nursing on self health awareness and blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017, 86 cases of hypertension patients in community under the jurisdiction of registration were selected as the research object in our hospital, randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was given routine health education. The study group was given community nursing intervention. The self-health awareness and blood pressure control of the two groups were compared. Results The self-health consciousness and blood pressure control of the hypertensive patients in the study group were all better than those in the control group, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of community nursing for patients with hypertension can improve the consciousness of self health care and control the blood pressure effectively.
