介绍了低温阀门深冷试验对介质纯度的要求及其氦气回收加热系统的工作原理,分析了低温试验过程对氦气纯度的影响,给出了氦气回收再利用的实施方法以及提高回收率的措施。
This paper introduces the requirements for medium purity for cryogenic valve low temperature testing and the working principle of the helium recovery heating system, analyzes the effect of low temperature test on the purity of helium, gives the methods for helium recovery and measures to improve the recovery rate.
