摘要 利用施耐德140系列PLC设计水厂自动加次氯酸钠控制系统,使出厂水余氯含量控制在国标范围内。前加氯、主加氯采用与水流量成比例投加,然后根据余氯值和总氯采样值与设定值构成串级控制系统最终输出控制计量泵频率冲程。同时利用Unity编程平台进行程序设计,实现了对次氯酸钠系统的自动控制,降低了人工劳动强度。 Making use of Schneider 140 PLC to design sodium hypochlorite control system for waterworks was introduced so that the residual chlorine content controlled in the ex-works water can comply with the national standards. In operation, the prior chlorination and the main chlorination are added in proportion to the water flow and then, a cascade control system based on the residual chlorine value and the sampling value of the total chlorine and the setting value can control the frequency stroke of the metering pump; meanwhile, through adopting the Unity programming platform to design auto-dosing program, the auto-control of sodium hypochlorite system can be realized and the labor intensity reduced
